1. Why refunds are not possible

KoinCad is delivered entirely online, through your authenticated session in a web browser. The moment your paid access is activated, you receive immediate, full and irreversible access to the entire Service, including:

• The proprietary calculation engine and its source logic;
• The parametric generators (KoinScript) and their source;
• The DXF / SVG / DOCX export functions;
• The civil engineering suite (profiles, section stamping, cut/fill earthwork, the TIN surface model); and
• Exposure to parts of the application's source code, markup and logic as transmitted to your browser to run.

Because this access includes exposure to protected source code and proprietary methods that cannot be "un-seen" or returned, the full value of the Service is delivered and irreversibly received at the moment of activation. For this reason a refund is not possible: there is no way to return what has already been received.

2. No exceptions

The no-refund policy applies to every transaction and situation, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation of a monthly or annual subscription;
• Unused or remaining subscription time;
• Dissatisfaction with the Service or its features;
• Accidental or duplicate purchases;
• Lack of use, or the Service not meeting your expectations;
• Account suspension or termination for any reason.

3. Evaluate before you buy

You are responsible for evaluating whether KoinCad meets your needs before completing a purchase. We encourage you to review the pricing, the feature list, and any available documentation, and to contact us with questions before subscribing.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith — where the Service was in fact accessed and used — will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in immediate, permanent account termination with no further access and no refund of any prior payment.
